Welcome all. Looking forward to a few days of connecting on our reward vision set 2 years ago and to reviewing the successes, putting the spotlight on areas that need it and highlighting our blind spots. Let's put together the game plan for the next phase and remember, #all-in-by-the-15!

The process of approval in GBC is quite elaborius, We could do better by making improvements especially relating to the system upload and notifications for the respective approvers to release the requests.

Country Remco numbers may vary from Group Remco e.g. bonus pool numbers, Country approves 10 but Group approves 12. How do we find balance between the numbers?

What is the process of seeking dispensation in terms of the benefits for IAs and short term assignees. Is Country allowed to vary the terms?

Reply
Duncan
9/20/2017 11:27:58 am

The Group IA policy is to be used as a guideline when deciding in country benefits. We recommend all countries to develop a IA benefits sheet specific to their location, using the Group policy as guidance. Happy to discuss further with you in person if needed.

We have embarked on a comprehensive documentation of development plans for talent. Let's use the same in ensuring that the development plan for the successors is actualised. This will underscore skills transfer and readiness for the next leaders.
